My friend and former colleague, Lily Kamikihara, was selected as one of 10 IT leaders for 2007, by Government Computer News. Way to go, Lily! I had the privilege of working with Lily from 2000 through 2003, in the Pacific Theater Telecommunications Policy Branch at Pacific Command headquarters at Camp Smith, Hawaii. Lily was a focused go getter then, and I can see that has not changed.
